Germany bought the following quantities of New Zealand butter over a pe-iod of three months—December. 1938, 20.000 cases, value £55.000; January, 1939. 20.000 esses, value £58.750; February. 1939, 27.133 cases, value £83.517 a total of 67.133 cases, worth £197.327.
