INDIAN VICEROY’S POWERS EXTENDED
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph - Copyripp t LONDON, April 15. A White Paper contains the proposed amendments to the Government’s of India and the Government of Burma Acts, under which the Viceroy, in the event of India being threatened by war, will assume over-riding authority over provincial governor's and governments.
