TRADESMEN FROM AUSTRALIA By Telegraph —Press Association AUCKLAND, April 17 In search of work in New Zealand, 44 men arrived this morning by the Aorangi from Sydney. It is the largest party yet to come to Auckland in search of employment.
The party included 12 carpenters, but many trades and callings were represented The men were met on board by the placement officer, Mr J. R. Elsbury. who stated that there would be no difficulty in absorbing the tradesmen in the party.
