UNIVERSITY STAFF! OVERBURDENED By Teieerapn Pi ess Association WELLINGTON, March 24. In the opinion of Professor F. T. Brocks of the Botany Schol, Camobridge University, the staff of the New Zealand University Colleges are overburdened with teaching work to the exclusion of sufficient time being available for research, a field which was regarded in England as being very important. He added that he thought one of the most pressing needs was for larger staffs to enabl" a proper amount of research to be undertaken.
