The following officers were elected: President, Mr E. Palliser; Vice-presi-dents, Messrs J. H. Walker, F. W. McLeod. G. Bailey and H. B. Burdekin; Secretary and Treasurer, Mr J. G. Osborne; Committee, Messrs C. G. Baker, E. R. Hepwood, A. G. Homer, T. Goodall. C. Patchett and W Maclachlan.
