LORD BRABOURNE Onited Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received February 23, 9.20 p.m.) CALCUTTA, February 23. The death is announced of Lord Brabourne. Lord Brabourne was a member of the English Parliament from 1931 to 1933. He was Parliamentary private secretary to the Secretary of State for India in 1932-33. From 1933 till 1937 he was Governor of Bombay and since then has been Governor of Bengal
