ALABAMA KID COUNTED OUT LESNEVICH WINS AGAIN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 14, 1.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 13. The American boxers, Gus Lesnevich (12.10) and the Alabama Kid (12.0) attracted a large crowd to-night at the Sydney Sports Ground in a 12 round bout, the former winning an unsatisfactory encounter in the tenth round on a technical knock-out. The Alabama Kid was several times counted out.
