PUBLIC NOTICE TIMARU BOROUGH COUNCIL MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Resolution was passed by the Timaru Borough Council at a Special Meeting held on the 14th day of November, 1938, and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at a Meeting of the Council to be held at the Borough Council Chambers, King George’s Place, Timaru, on Monday, the 12th day of December, 1938, at 7.30 o’clock p.m. The object or purport of the said Resolution is as follows: THAT the Council nesolves to make a Bylaw with regard to the licensing of persons to take photographs for sale on any street or public place in the Borough of Timaru other than paroline Bay and other Council Reserves, and for the disposal by public tender or private treaty of the right to take photographs for sale on Caroline Bay or any other Council Reserves. A copy of the said bylaw has been deposited at the Office of the Council in King George’s Place, Timaru, aforesaid, and Is open for inspection by tire public without payment during office hours which are from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days from Monday to Friday.
