AUCKLAND SOCIETY’S VISITS By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, December 9. Over 140 members of the Auckland Choral Society are leaving by special train this afternoon for Wellington to join the Royal Wellington Choral Union in the festival performance of the “Messiah” to-morrow evening. This reciprocates last year’s visit of Wellington singers to Auckland. Accompanying the choralists are Mr C. B. Plumber (president of the Auckland society), Mr F. Austin (secretary) and Mr W. G. Offer (treasurer).
