Company of Scots College, Wellington with 294 points won the Imperial Cadet Rifle competition. Other results were:— Canadian team, 293 second, Harrow School 291 third, New Zealand Southern Command 286 fourth, Sydney Grammar 279 sixth, Auckland cadets 274 seventh, Hutchings School Tasmania 243 eighth, Brisbane Training area 238 ninth, Guildsford School 231 tenth, Victoria Eighth Battalion area 187 twelfth, South Australia Signals 187 thirteenth.
