PROBLEM OF COLONIES.— Adolf Hitler's rearmed Germany, her denunciation of Rhineland and military clauses of the Treaty of Versailles, the occupation of Austria and part of Czechoslovakia an accomplished fact, the Fuhrer is now agitating for the return of former German Colonics. This map shows the former German colonies, with names under which they were known when part of the German Empire and their present names and ownership. Ethiopia is now under Italian domination. Tunisia, which according to recent cable messages is being claimed by Italy from France, is at the top of the map.
