COSTLY REARMING PLANNED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright LONDON, December 2. The Warsaw correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports that the Treasurer (M. Kwaitkowski) urges the expediting of Polish rearmament, and announces a three years’ plan to spend £80,000,000 on defence works, concentrating on the strategic triangle of South and Central Poland. The armament and aeroplane plants are working full blast.
