REGARDED AS NAZI INSOLENCE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 4, midnight) MEXICO CITY, December 4. The German Consulate has instructed all German Jews resident in Mexico to contribute 20 centum of their capital to the Reich billion mark fine. A number declared they will not obey and they characterise the order as Nazi insolence.
