TANK CRASHED THROUGH ROOF By Telegraph—Preus Association NEW PLYMOUTH, November 9. Only a few minutes before the kitchen staff would have been on duty preparing dinner, a full 600-gallon water tank crashed through the roof of the Normanby Hotel and Into the kitchen this afternoon.
