CHRISTMAS MAIL
AIR SERVICES THROUGHOUT EMPIRE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 10, 12.5 a.m.) LONDON, November 9 There is widespread activity in preparation for the distribution of Christmas mail throughout the Empire by air. For the first time in history, air mail is serving forty countries. Imperial Airways expect to transport in five weeks mails several times heavier than the year’s external mail from any other country.
