SEAMEN PICKED UP IN BAY OF BISCAY United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 3. The Narkunda, on her way from Australia, picked up three Frenchmen in the Bay of Biscay who had been drifting for 10 days in a disabled trawler. They were landed at Plymouth.
