ANGLO-AMERICAN NEGOTIATIONS United Press Association —By Electrlr Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, November 3 The Washington correspondent of "The New York Herald Tribune” says: “The Anglo-American trade agreement is in the final stage of negotiation and its completion may be reached in a fortnight. It is understood that one of the most controversial Issues, namely, automobiles, is being satisfactorily worked out.
