STEAMER SUNK
PROBABLY EXPLOSION OF BOMB United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 5, 12.17 a.m.) OAKLAND (California), Nov. 3. The German steamer Vancouver was sunk here by an explosion which the master, W. Moessinger, said might have been caused by a bomb. Four of the crew were injured.
