DOMINIONS KEPT WELL INFORMED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copy righ* LONDON, November 1. The Dominions Secretary (Mr Malcolm Macdonald) said that in accordance with the Imperial Conference decisions, the Dominion Governments were constantly informed by telegraph of the Government's foreign policy and the Information at its disposal. As an illustration of the development of the system, 398 circular telegrams dealing with foreign affairs have been sent to the Dominions in 1938, of which 150 were sent in September. He added that no action was taken without consultation with the Dominions where consultations would be proper.
