CANOPY OF RAYON FOR WOMEN’S FAIR
i Twelve thousand yards of rayon is to be used as a roof covering in London this November. It will form the largest public display of this fabric ever known. Three thousand women’s dresses could be made from the material. Spread out it would reach twice round Hyde Park. Skilled seamstresses are working day and night? sewing together the pieces which will form the canopy. It is one of the biggest single sewing orders of its type ever given. This enormous canopy is to provide for the cavalcade of colour at the Woman’s Fair at Olympia in November.
