THE CHIEF JUSTICE

CONDITION UNALTERED By Telegraph—Kress Association HASTINGS, November 4. It was reported to-night that the condition of the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) was much the same as when he was admitted to hospital yesterday. He may not be able to resume duties on Monday as previously announced, and if so, there will probably be a further adjournment of the session of the Napier Supreme Court. The Gisborne quarterly session, which was to have opened on Monday has been adjourned until November 18 when Mr Justice Blair will take the session.
