THE FAIRIES’ DRESSMAKER
When the fairies buy dresses they go to a place Where a little nymph makes them from petals and lace; She sits and she sews with her cobwebby thread, And the spiders and butterflies help her, it’s said. The spiders spin delicate laces to trim The frocks that she makes from the petals so thin; The butterflies paint them to match their bright Wings; The fairies just love them, these beautiful things.
