Only One Vessel Calls Only one vessel, the Wingatui, called at Timaru yesterday. The Wingatui arrived last night and will load to-day for Wellington and Auckland. Cumberland Clears Balboa Cabled advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the Cumberland, en route from Liverpool to Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, cleared Balboa last Wednesday. She 's due at Auckland on November 17. Mataroa’s Final Date The Shaw Savill and Albion liner Mataroa is now to sail finally from Auckland at noon to-morrow lor Southampton and London via Panama. New Dutch Liner The Royal de Schelde shipyard at Flushing is to build an engine for the Rotte-dam Lloyd a twin-screw motor passenger liner with a speed of 21 knots. Accommodation will be provided for 723 passengers—first, second, third and fourth. The main propelling machinery will be of Sulzer type, built under license, and will develop 27,000 b.h.p.
