OPENED IN DRIZZLING RAIN By Telegraph—Press Association PALMERSTON NORTH, Nov. 3 The spring show of the Manawatu and West Coast Agricultural and Pastoral Association opened in drizzling rain, but the weather is tending slightly to improve, after heavy rain. The entries are large in all sections of the stock classes, and include many leading animals at the Royal Show. The exhibition will- close on Saturday, when the final of the Miss New Zealand beauty contest will be decided at the carnival.
