The New Zealand and Australian Land Company earned net profit of £56,522 in the year ended March 31, against £127,038 a year ago. Ordinary dividend at 15 per cent, compares with 4 per cent a year ago. Carry forward is £14,718 against £10,071 brought in. The company, which has headquarters in Edinburgh, was registered in 1877 to amalgamate the Canterbury and Otago Association Ltd., and the New Zealand and Australian Land Co., Ltd. INTEREST RATES.
