SEAMAN IN TROUBLE By Telegraph —Press Association WELLINGTON, November 2 Charged with desertion of the ship Tairoa, a seaman aged 42 years, Richard Arwyn Evans, was fined £5. He claimed that desertion was not intentional, but the result of a few drinks. Any money due to him and his effects were still on the vessel.
