SALE OF DRUGS
CHEMIST BEFORE COURT By Telegraph—Pres* Association WELINGTON, October 31. Alleged breaches of the regulations governing the sale of dangerous drugs, formed the subject of further legal argument in the Magistrate’s Court in Wellington to-day. when the hearing of charges preferred by the Health Department against Benjamin Connant O'Connor, chemist, of Wellington, was concluded. The case opened on Fridvy last and was adjourned until this afternoon, when Mr W. F. Stilwell. SAI., reserved his decision. O'Connor was charged that on three occasions he failed to comply with »be regulations in dispensing a dangerous drug: that he unlawfully supplied a dangerous drug; that he unlawfully dispensed a dangerous drug; and that on two occasions he failed to make entries in toe dangerous drug book about the receipt of dangerous drugs.
