CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST Bv Telegraph —Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, October 31. At the trial of Harold Edward Bell, company manager, who was charged with failing to stop his car after an accident, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty after a retirement of 35 minutes.
