J. Collins, S. I. Pitch, R. Morgan, U. Coventry, J. Menzies, E. H. Wright; secretary, Mr E. M. Mills; treasurer, Mr W. Murphy; committee, Messrs A. Palmer, A. Dunstan, W. Barry, A. H. Partridge, G. Ferguson; official starter, Mr A. H. Partridge; handicappers, Mr A. Palmer (athletics), J. Flaherty (cycling); advisory cycling committee, Messrs D. Stewart (convener), J. Flaherty and G. Ferguson.

It was decided to forward a letter of appreciation to Mr W. White for his

services as treasurer during the season. Subscriptions were fixed at 6/- for seniors and 4/- for juniors. A donation was passed to the Waimate Silver Band.

The meeting decided to hold the first evening meeting on November 17. post entries, and that on November 24 a meeting to which Oamaru and Timaru athletes be invited be held.
