STICK WHISTLE

For this game the Cubs form up in a ring, and one Cub holds a stick. At the word "Go” they all start to whistle a popular tune, chosen beforehand, and to pass the stick round the ring. When Akela holds up her hand, all the Cubs stop whistling, and the one who is holding the stick is out. Any Cub who whistles after the signal to stop is also out of the game. The game goes on until only one Cub is left, and he is the winner.
