THEY MAKE THE HOUSES BRIGHT AND CLEAN

It's Spring! Il’s Spring! The birds they sing. The leaves are bright and green. And here come all the Furry Maids to make the houses clean. From house to house they went their way with pail and broom and mop, (The Spiders shout, “Oh, let’s get out! Jf'e’d better shut up shop!”) They dust and rub, they wash and scrub because it is their pride To leave the rooms as bright and clean as all the world outside.
