NEW POLICE STATION
FOUNDATION STONE LAID By Telegraph—Press Association PALMERSTON N., September 28. The Hon. P. Fraser, Minister in Charge of the Police Department, laid the foundation stone of the new police station in the presence of a large gathering of the public. He emphasised the fact that such an important police district needed a new station and facilities, and mentioned that other districts were in similar need. He congratulated the force on its efficiency.
