TIMARU PLAYERS INCLUDED
CANTERBURY-WESTLAND TEAM SELECTED E. G. Kerr, junr., and G. A. Ussher, of the Timaru Club, have been included in the Canterbury-Westland team which will meet Otago-Southland in an inter-provincial match at Oamaru on October 9. The South Canterbury champion (J. L. Mackay) was not available. The team, which is to be placed by the captain prior to starting, will be as follows: — J. L. Blair (Harewood). A. R. Blank (Christchurch), captain. M. R.
