Bv Telegraph—P’**B? Association WELLINGTON, September 28. The provisions made for the sick, aged and needy in the Social Security Scheme of the Labour Government was dealt with by Mrs C. Stewart (Labour, Wellington West) at an election meeting. She claimed that there were few people able to own houses on the time payment system and the Government’s scheme of building houses to let was better than the old system.
