SEVERE LOSSES IN SOUTH AFRICA United Press Association--By Slec*rt Telegraph Copvrlaht CAPETOWN, July 12. Northern Natal and Southern Zululand will be a huge abattoir in the next three days. The Government, following an outbreak of foot and mouth disease, decided to slaughter all stock, involving 15,000 cattle, sheep and goats, of which half belongs to the natives. The Government will pay full compensation. Merino flocks will suffer severely.
