PORT OF TIMARU
LATEST ADVICES Yesterday was an off day on t o waterfront, there being no arrivals or departures. Two vessels are scheduled to call to-day, the Waipiata from Bluff to load for Wellington and Auckland and the Waipahi from Oamaru to load for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth. The Waipahi will sail to-night, for Lyttelton and the Waipiata for the same port. The following list of steamers’ movements is compiled in accordance with advice supplied by agents for the different lines:— EXPECTED ARRIVALS
NOTES The Breeze is expected from Dunedin to-morrow to load tor Wellington and Wanganui. She should sail the same night via Lyttelton. The Waimarino should be here ' om Dunedin on Monday to load for Wellington and Auckland. She is to depart via Lyttelton that evening. The Port Whangerei is listed to 1-ad for Wellington and Auckland at Timaru on Tuesday. She is due f?om Dunedin and is to proceed via Lyttelton. Weirbank from Ocean Island
The Weirbank left Nauru Island on July 8 with a phosphate cargo for Lyttelton, Ravensboume, and Dunedin. The Port Halifax The Port Line’s new ship Port Halifax, making her first visit to Dunedin is due there on July 21 to complete discharge and loading. It is inter ded to despatch her finally at daylight on July 23 for New York, Boston, and Montreal. Rotorua Nearing England The Rotorua which sailed from Wellington on June 16, arrived at Colon on July 8 and sailed from Caracas E~.y on July 11. The Rotorua is due to arrive at London about July 26.
