Effect of Recession In United States Another Substantial Deficit United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 13, 7.55 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 13. President Roosevelt has issued revised Budget figures, and the expenditures for the current fiscal year will be 8,985,000.000 dollars, due to the recession. Relief rceipts will be only 5000 dollars and also due to the recession, the net deficit will be 3,984,000,000 dollars and the gross public debt 40,650,000,000 dollars—a record.
