It is reported that extensive changes in the Federal Cabinet, with the reallotment of portfolios, is contemplated before the end of the year. After the return of Dr. Page. Mr R. G. Menzies and Colonel White, all Federal Ministers, from England, the Prime Minister is likely to require all Ministers to hand in their resignations with a view to a re-allotment and possibly an increase in portfolios, owing to the existing uneven distribution of duties and the growth of burdens on the treasurer 'Mr Casey), the Minister of Defence (Mr Thorby) and the Minister of Customs (Colonel White).
