CHINESE WINS PLUNKET MEDAL By Telegraph Press Association WELLINGTON, July 10. A Chinese student, W. Wah, won the Victoria College debating Society's thirty-second annual Plunket Medal oratory contest fc: prepared speech at the Town Hall on Saturday night Wah’s subject was Wiremu Tamahana, Maori kingmaker. R. W. Edgeley and A. R. Perry were placed second and third of eight speakers. .
