BATHER’S DEATH
PROBABLY HAD SEIZURE By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, March 31. A retired tramways employee, John Clarence Grant, aged 70, of Maraetai. died while swimming at Maraetai beach this morning. Grant went for a swim with is wife, who remained in shallow water, while he swam out about 100 yards to a launch. He reached this, but shortly after was seen floating motionless. When brought ashore he was dead.
