FOLLOWING THE MR HERBERTS BILL IN BRITAIN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 10, 6.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, March 9. The Senate read a first time a Bill to make the divorce law conform with the decree in Mr A. P. Herbert’s Bill in Britain, whereby only after three years of marriage, desertion and insanity can be made additional grounds for divorce.
