DECISION OF NEW SOUTH WALES GOLF COUNCIL United F ess Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, March 8 The New South Wales Golf Council decided not to limit the number of clubs a player may carry in competition games. It considered that the “right of a player to carry as many clubs as desired should not be interfered with.’’
