The French destroyer Ij’oursuivante, aftei* a short absence at sea, put ashore two of the crew, slightly injured, at Port Vendres. The Commander stated the men were wounded at firing practice, but it is believed a minor engagement occurred with an insurgent patrol boat, as explosions were heard ashore, after which two ships became visible.
