Racing at Moorefield yesterday the Lord Warden colt Glenora Boy followed up his Randwick win by taking the Three and Four-Year Handicap of one mile. The consistent Newcastle horse Valbeau, carrying topweight. 9.6, won the Peter Moore Cup of one mile from Journal and Jocular. Hope won the Moorefield Handicap narrowly from Celebrate and Musk Deer. Housemaster was third in the Flying Welter Handicap, first division.
LEAVING FOR DOMINION WELL-KNOWN RACING MEN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 8, 6.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, January 8. The trainer, G. Price, will leave for New Zealand next week. The jockey McCarten will sail by the Awatea today.
