DUKE OF KENT AND COMMERCE British Official Wireless (Received January 9, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, January 8. The Duke of Kent will be the principal guest at the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce banquet on February 28. The guests will include the French Ambassador and the president of the Board of Trade.
