BURGLARIES AT HASTINGS By Telegraph—Press Association HASTINGS, January 6. Three business premises in Heretaunga Street were entered last night, but the intruders secured only a small haul, amounting to l/6d in small change and a few pocket knives. They ransacked F. L. They used explosives on the safe, but were unsuccessful in their effort. A final entry was made at the State Theatre, where loose change was taken from the office.
