KING’S DECREE
ELECTION ORDERED IN BELGIUM United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 5, 10.30 p.m.) SOFIA, January 5. By the wish of King Boris, the Government is preparing a decree fixing March 6, as the date of the general election, after a three years' semidictatorship.
