CRUISE IN PACIFIC
NO POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, January 4 The Imperial escort vessel Wellington left Auckland this morning for Suva and the other islands under the jurisdiction of the High Commissioner for the Western Pacific. The Wellington was formerly scheduled to sail to-day for southern ports, but her itinerary was altered last w’eek. It was officially stated to-day that there was no international or political significance attached to the Wellington’s cruise.
