The diplomatic correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph” says: “The British defence staff mission to Portugal, early in February, will include representatives of the War Office, Admiralty and Ah' Ministry. The Portuguese newspapers, commenting on Anglo-Portuguese relations, indicates that the talks will open in a most favourable atmosphere.”
