DANCE AT ARNO
DANCE AT AKNO The Arno School Committee held their annual dance in the Arno Hall. During the evening Mr Alan Shrimpton sang several songs and also led a community sing. Two Monte Carlo waltzes were held during the evening, the winners being Miss Doris Fleming and Mr G. Hossack and Miss Pheime Young and Mr R. Lindsay. An orchestra supplied the music with extras by Miss F. Turner and Mr G. Thoma-. Mr A. Fa 1 loon, assisted by Mr F Brown, was M.C. Those present included: Mr and Mis Anderson. Mr and Mrs A. Kearton.
